First Transnational Project Meeting in Cyprus

The 1st Transnational Project Meeting was successfully held on the 28th and 29th of June, 2022. The meeting brought together project partners from various European countries (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Netherlands and Portugal) to collaborate and support school leaders to build a digital transformation strategy.

During the two-day meeting, held in the vibrant city of Nicosia, the participants engaged in fruitful discussions and exchanged ideas on the project’s objectives, strategies, and anticipated outcomes. The agenda included presentations and sessions that fostered collaboration and a shared vision for the project’s success.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the revision of the Digital Transformation Strategy Toolkit for school leaders. This Toolkit aims to address the emerging challenges and demands of the digital age, ensuring that professionals acquire the necessary competencies to drive digital transformation within their respective organizations.

“The 1st Transnational Project Meeting marked an important step forward in our collective efforts to revolutionize training in this field,” stated the project coordinator, expressing enthusiasm about the progress made during the meeting. “By pooling our expertise and resources, we are on track to develop innovative training resources that will empower school leaders to lead with confidence in an increasingly digital world.”

As the meeting concluded, the project partners left Nicosia with a renewed sense of purpose and determination to carry forward the DigiLEAD project’s mission.
